Sears Choice Rewards Program Terms and Conditions:
The Sears Choice Rewards Program (the “Program”) is offered to Sears Gold MasterCard® cardmembers (“Cardmember” or “you”) at the sole discretion of Citibank (South Dakota), N.A. (“Citibank”, “we” or “us”) the issuer of your Sears Gold MasterCard account (“Card Account”). The Program or any portion thereof may be revised or terminated with 30 days’ prior written notice. If the Program is terminated, you will only have 90 days from the Program termination date to redeem your accumulated Sears Choice Rewards Points (“Points”). However, Program rewards may be changed or substituted, as well as Point levels required for specific rewards adjusted, at any time without prior notification. All rewards are subject to availability. You may access continuously updated Terms and Conditions for the Program at www.searschoicerewards.com.
Once you enroll in the Program, you will earn one Purchase Point (“Purchase Points”) for every dollar spent on purchases (no other transactions qualify to earn Points). Purchase Points are also referred to as Points.
Balance transfers, cash access transactions, cash access transactions designated as purchases, convenience checks, returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized purchases/fraudulent transactions, annual membership fees, money orders, wire transfers, bets, lottery tickets, or casino gaming chips, credit life insurance premiums, AccountCare fees, finance charges and Card Account fees do not earn Points unless otherwise specified. Points will appear on your account statement at the close of each billing cycle. Fractions of dollar values of any purchase posting to your Card Account will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. Points are earned only when they have appeared on your Card Account monthly account statement.
Points are valid for approximately three years and will expire on the third enrollment date anniversary following the date of the purchase for which the Points were earned, unless we terminate the Program, in which case you will have only 90 days from the Program termination date to redeem any earned Points. Point expiration will be communicated on your monthly account statement.
You may earn Points beginning on the first day you are enrolled in the Program and for as long as your Card Account is open and current and you are enrolled in the Program. If your Card Account is not current, closed or your enrollment in the Program is terminated, you will no longer be able to earn or redeem Points and you will lose your accumulated Points. There are no exchanges or refunds for unused Points. If your Card Account is closed your membership in the Program is terminated.
Any credits or adjustments applied to your Sears Gold MasterCard account may reduce or eliminate accumulated Points and may result in a negative Point balance. If such credits or adjustments are applied to your Card Account after a reward for redemption has been selected that reduces your Point balance below the amount required for such reward redemption, we may suspend delivery of the requested reward, including cancellation of travel reservations. If your Card Account has a negative Point balance, any newly earned Points will be used to offset such negative Point balance until such balance has been brought to zero. And, if your Card Account shows signs of fraud or abuse relating to the earning of Points, you may lose your accrued Points, and we may terminate your participation in the Program immediately.
Points and rewards have no cash value and may not be assigned or pledged to any third party. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participating in the Program and the redemption of any Program rewards. Either you or an authorized user may redeem Points. Neither Citibank nor its affiliates shall be responsible or bear liability for disagreements between Cardmembers concerning the use of Points accumulated in the Program. Points may not be transferred upon death or as part of domestic relations proceedings.
Rewards are considered fully redeemed once issued. Lost, stolen, expired or otherwise destroyed rewards, including tickets, certificates, gift cards, merchandise or other documents are not reissuable or replaceable. No change or credit will be issued for unused portions of rewards, unless we tell you otherwise. Points and/or rewards may not be combined with any other discounts, special rates or promotions, including other promotional or discount programs unless otherwise indicated at the time of Point redemption. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash. To redeem your rewards, follow instructions in the Program materials provided to you from time to time. Allow at least four to six weeks for the redemption of any reward. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of redemption, all rewards, including travel rewards, will be sent to the primary Cardmember’s address. Delivery of rewards may not be made outside the U.S. or to a post office box. The Cardmember will be responsible for shipping costs for delivery of merchandise rewards to Alaska and Hawaii. Express shipping for rewards may be available upon request, and related charges will be billed to your Card Account. Rewards that consist of travel rewards may be subject to prepurchase requirements, length-of-stay restrictions or Saturday overnight stay requirements, dollar amount caps and other restrictions. A ticket service fee will be charged when you redeem Points for airline tickets and will be billed to your Card Account. In addition, miscellaneous travel charges including, but not limited to, ticket service fees, airport taxes, excess baggage charges, security fees, passenger facility charges, fuel surcharges, gratuities, insurance, and airline or hotel amenities are your sole responsibilities and are not intended to be included as part of the Program benefit. We, our affiliates and any merchants or vendors participating in the Program make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning the rewards. The Program and/or any of its individual elements, including rewards, are void where prohibited by federal, state or local laws and regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. You release us, our affiliates and representatives, and any merchants or vendors participating in the Program from all liability regarding the redemption and use of rewards, including any rewards that may be lost, stolen or destroyed, or a travel provider’s provision or failure to provide transportation or services for any reason.
Reward Terms and Conditions
Rewards
Cardmembers may redeem Points for airline tickets, cruise travel, car rental certificates, hotel certificates, Sears and Kmart Gift Cards, and other gift cards, certificates and merchandise. Rewards are subject to additional terms and conditions as noted herein and contained on the redemption materials. Certificates and gift cards may be subject to expiration as disclosed on the certificate or gift card. Rewards may not be resold or transferred unless otherwise indicated. See the redemption chart for reward options. These Reward Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the Program Terms and Conditions govern these rewards.
All travel rewards are subject to availability, and specific travel rewards may only be available for certain dates. Specific restrictions may apply to certain travel rewards. Terms and conditions are placed in Program communications and on the rewards redemption materials. Citibank and TSYS Loyalty are not responsible for the performance of suppliers providing hotel, air or car services. All reservations are made subject to the conditions of carriage, supply or business of the party providing the service, which include exclusions and limitations of liability. Administrative service, travel reservations and issuance of travel documentation are provided by TSYS Loyalty, which assumes all liability and responsibility for the provision of, or failure to provide, the services. TSYS Loyalty operates as an independent contractor and is not affiliated with Citibank.
Airline Tickets
Citibank reserves the right to assess up to a $15 fee when Cardmembers redeem Points for airline tickets.
Cardmembers may redeem Points for a round-trip, scheduled ticket on a major airline carrier providing that the fares, schedules and the ability to generate a ticket (electronic or paper) is possible through the Global Distribution System (“GDS”) and a member of the Airline Reporting Corporation (“ARC”). Participating air carriers are subject to change. The ticket will be a non-refundable, non-changeable coach class ticket valued at no more than as follows, including taxes and destination charges: Once you accumulate 25,000 Points, you may redeem them for one round-trip ticket for travel within the 48 contiguous United States with a maximum cost of $500.Once you accumulate 50,000 Points you may redeem them for one round-trip ticket for travel from the 50 United States to anywhere in the world with a maximum cost of $1,000. In addition, once you accumulate 10,000 Points you may redeem your Points for $100 off any airfare for travel within the United States. Discounts will be applied against the full fare amount and any remaining balance of the fare will be charged to your Card Account. All travel itineraries and supporting documentation will be sent via email when available, otherwise paper documents will be sent via first-class mail. When electronic tickets are available, and Cardmember selects paper tickets, a service fee in excess of $50 for the paper ticket will be assessed by participating airline at time of ticketing. Additional costs are at the Cardmember’s expense. Reward tickets must be booked and ticketed 21 days in advance of travel date using excursion fare categories and availability. Reservation and ticketing must be completed at time of redemption. All tickets must be for round-trip travel on the same airline. En route stopovers are not permitted unless to make direct connections. Certain minimum and maximum stays may apply to some destinations.
Excursion fares have a minimum stay of one Saturday night and a maximum stay of 30 days, but may vary according to the carrier. Reservations for tickets also exclude the use of charters, wholesalers, consolidators and any Internet fares that are not published, not available through the GDS and not available for ticketing through a certified travel agency. Tickets may be purchased in any individual’s name, but the ticket will be sent to the Cardmember’s mailing address for security reasons. Airline ticket awards may not be used in conjunction with any type of coupons, vouchers, Internet fares or companion fares. Any changes to a travel reservation must be made directly with the corresponding airline and are subject to penalty fee, or other charges enforced by that carrier. Cardmember may be subject to customs fees, excess baggage charges or any other charges assessed by governmental entities as a result of travel. Citibank or TSYS Loyalty are not responsible for communication of airline schedule changes. Traveler should reconfirm flight reservations at least 72 hours prior to departure. Cardmembers are responsible for obtaining the appropriate international travel documentation, such as passports and visas. All travelers must have a valid photo ID upon check-in.
Companion Travel or Non-Redemption Air Travel Booking
Cardmember may elect to have the Citibank Rewards Redemption Center book airline tickets through a major airline carrier providing that the fares, schedules and the ability to generate a ticket are possible through the GDS. This service will be subject to a service fee at time of booking.
All Airline tickets will be issued within 24 hours of booking and delivered by email (Electronic Ticketing) or via U.S. Postal Service first-class mail, postage prepaid for all paper tickets. For travel within 14 days of booking, travel documents will be shipped standard next day delivery for an additional shipping charge of $25. Priority, three to five day delivery, Saturday or international deliveries will be subject to additional shipping charges as imposed by the shipping vendor. All shipping charges beyond first-class mail will be sole responsibility of the Cardmember and will be charged to the Cardmember’s Card Account at time of reservation.
Cruises
Once you accumulate 35,000 Points you may redeem your Points for a $350 discount on selected cruise lines. Once you accumulate 100,000 Points you may redeem your Points for a $2,000 discount on selected cruise lines. In addition, once you accumulate 85,000 Points you may redeem your Points for a 3-night cruise for two to selected locations on selected cruiselines with a maximum cost of $800. Discounts will be applied against the full fare amount and any balance of the fare will be charged to your Card Account. All cruises must be booked a minimum of 60 days prior to sailing date or additional fees will be incurred. Traveler must meet the eligibility requirements established by the cruise line or travel provider. Cruise packages may only be booked through the Citibank Rewards Redemption Center. Cruise packages may not be combined with upgrade certificates, frequent traveler promotions or other reward programs, promotional or discount certificates/vouchers, Internet fares, companion fares, group travel, convention fares or special rate programs. Cruise packages that have been booked may not be cancelled and are not eligible for any refund in part or whole. No interim price reductions will be considered or offered once the booking has been completed. After booking, any additional special handling may incur additional fees. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to a sailing date will incur a special handling fee of $100 per cabin in addition to other fees imposed by the cruise or travel provider.
Car Rentals
Renter must meet rental car company standard driver and credit qualifications at time and place of rental. Renter will be required to execute a rental agreement at time of rental. The minimum age for rental of a vehicle is 25 unless specifically approved by rental car provider. Advance reservations are required. “Free” day certificates may not be combined for a longer rental. Rewards do not include taxes, insurance, extra drivers, optional service charges such as refueling or any other fees or charges imposed by rental location and/or company. Cardmember may be provided a certificate or voucher as an instrument of securing a rental vehicle. Certificate or voucher must be presented to rental car company at time of the rental pickup. Vouchers and certificates are negotiable instruments for the purpose of securing car rental services and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. No change or credit will be issued for unused portions of rewards. Car rental is subject to the restrictions and vehicle type listed on certificate or voucher. Some blackout dates may apply. Additional terms and conditions may be imposed by the respective rental car service providers and are incorporated herein by reference.
Avis Travel Voucher
Advance reservations are recommended and may be made by calling the Avis Reservation Center. The Avis Reservation number is 1-800-331-1212. Use certificate code “Travel Voucher.”
Certificate may be used as payment for rental of a vehicle from participating Avis locations in the United States and may be accepted by travel agencies or directly at Avis Rental locations. Renter must satisfy minimum age, credit and other driver qualifications in effect at time and place of rental. Certificate cannot be combined with any other voucher, coupon, discount rate (such as AAA or corporate discounts) or other certificate. No change or credit will be given on any unused portion of the certificate. Certificate is valid through the expiration date printed on the certificate. Desired vehicle is subject to availability and blackout dates do apply due to seasonal periods or special events. Original certificate must be presented and surrendered at time of payment and receipt of rental vehicle.
Hotel Certificates
All reward certificates must be presented and surrendered at time of check-in or time of transaction. Hotels and resorts may require advance deposits to reserve accommodations. Accommodations are subject to availability at time of reservations and blackout dates may apply due to seasonal periods or special events.
Marriott Fairfield Inn Award
This Award is VALID at participating Fairfield Inn® by Marriott locations. This Award is NOT VALID at any other Marriott® Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott® Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance® Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard® by Marriott, Residence Inn® by Marriott, SpringHill Suites® by Marriott, TownePlace Suites® by Marriott, Marriott Vacation ClubSM International, Marriott ExecuStay® or Marriott Executive Apartments® locations. Recipient must provide Award Number or Type when booking reservations online or present and surrender Award at the time of check-in. Guests are required to establish credit for incidental charges. Marriott Reward points can not be earned with the redemption of this Award. Other than covered sales taxes, any tax liability or obligations, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of this Award is solely the responsibility of the holder. Traveler must meet the eligibility requirements established by the travel provider. Vacation packages may only be booked through the Citibank Rewards Redemption Center. Vacation packages may not be combined with upgrade certificates, frequent traveler promotions or other reward programs, promotional or discount certificates/vouchers, Internet fares, companion fares, group travel, convention fares or special rate programs. Vacation packages that have been booked may not be cancelled and are not eligible for any refund in part or whole. No interim price reductions will be considered or offered once the booking has been completed. After booking, any additional special handling may result in the imposition of additional fees. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to a travel date will result in the imposition of a special handling fee per traveler in addition to other fees imposed by the travel provider. Vacation packages are based on two people sharing one room and do not include airfare unless specifically stated as part of the package.
Super Clubs Resort Package
Super Clubs are all-inclusive resorts located in the Caribbean on the Island of Jamaica.
Grand Lido Resorts
Jamaica Grand Lido Resorts available only for couples, singles and adult families with members 16 years of age and older. Packages are for a four-day and three-night stay for two at choice of Grand Lido Negril or Braco Resorts. Packages include all meals and snacks (including 24-hour room service), all drinks including adult beverages, all entertainment and nightlife activities, and all land and water sports for each day of stay. All hotel taxes, airport transfers and gratuities are included.
Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance of planned travel through the Citibank Rewards Redemption Center. Super Club packages may not be combined with upgrade certificates, frequent traveler promotions or other reward programs, promotional or discount certificates/vouchers, Internet fares, companion fares, group travel, convention fares or special rate programs.
Super Club packages that have been booked may not be cancelled and are not eligible for any refund in part or whole. No interim price reductions will be considered or offered once the booking has been completed. Additional handling or special requests made post booking may incur additional fees. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to a travel date will incur a special handling fee of $100 per room in addition to other fees imposed by Super Club or travel provider. Airfare is not included with the Super Club packages. U.S. citizens must have a valid passport or birth certificate and picture I.D. for travel.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards
Gift Cards and Certificates (Gift Certificates) may be used to purchase goods or services at participating retailers and where applicable for Internet purchases. Gift Certificates are non-transferable unless otherwise noted on the certificate. In the event goods or services received are less than the face value of the Gift Certificate redeemed, the policy of the Gift Certificate provider will determine whether credit or Gift Certificate value for the difference will be given. Gift Certificates are valid at participating reward supplier only, through the expiration date printed on the Gift Certificate. Some Gift Certificates are limited to use inside the United States. Use of any Gift Certificate may be subject to additional restrictions as listed on the certificate.
Barnes & Noble Gift Card
Barnes & Noble Gift Cards may be used at any Barnes & Noble store nationwide and online at Barnes & Noble.com (www.bn.com). They may also be used at any Barnes & Noble College Bookstore location, B. Dalton Bookseller, Bookstar, and Bookstop store. Barnes & Noble Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. They will not be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Redemption Processing and Shipment—Gift Cards and Certificates
Car Rental Certificates or vouchers, Hotel Certificates and Gift Card and Gift Certificates will be delivered by U.S. Postal Service first-class mail, postage prepaid. Next day or 3 to 5 day express delivery via Federal Express is available for an additional charge. Saturday delivery is available and will also be subject to an additional charge. All additional shipping charges for express shipping will be the sole responsibility of the Cardmember and will be charged to the Cardmember’s Card Account at time of redemption.
Merchandise
Merchandise rewards include applicable sales tax and shipping and handling (via first-class mail, ground delivery or motor freight service within the continental U.S.). Merchandise will be shipped to Cardmember’s statement mailing address unless otherwise authorized by the primary Cardmember. For security reasons, parcel or motor freight couriers may contact Cardmember to arrange delivery of merchandise. It is the responsibility of the Cardmember to respond to the courier in a timely and reasonable manner to facilitate the delivery process. Additional shipping and handling fees for merchandise returned to vendor due to Cardmember’s failure to make delivery arrangements will be the responsibility of the Cardmember. The Cardmember will be notified of any delays by postcard, letter or phone call. All merchandise reward orders are subject to product availability, and Citibank reserves the right to substitute merchandise of equal or greater value. Cardmember will be notified if the merchandise reward ordered is not available and when it will become available. Sears Choice Rewards Program for Select Members Terms and Conditions:
The Sears Choice Rewards Program for Select Members (the “Program”) is offered to Sears Gold MasterCard® cardmembers (“Cardmember” or “you”) at the sole discretion of Citibank (South Dakota), N.A. (“Citibank”, “we” or “us”) the issuer of your Sears Gold MasterCard account (“Card Account”). The Program or any portion thereof may be revised or terminated with 30 days’ prior written notice. If the Program is terminated, you will only have 90 days from the Program termination date to redeem your accumulated Sears Choice Rewards Points (“Points”). However, Program rewards may be changed or substituted, as well as Point levels required for specific rewards adjusted, at any time without prior notification. All rewards are subject to availability. You may access continuously updated Terms and Conditions for the Program at www.searschoicerewards.com.
Once you enroll in the Program, you will earn one Select Point (“Select Points”) plus one Purchase Point (“Purchase Points”) for every dollar spent on purchases at Sears stores, Kmart stores, supermarkets, drug stores and gas stations and one Purchase Point for every dollar spent on all other purchases (no other transactions qualify to earn Points). Select Points and Purchase Points are collectively referred to as Points.
Supermarkets are stand–alone merchants that primarily sell a complete line of food merchandise for home consumption. Drugstores are stand–alone merchants that primarily sell prescription and proprietary drugs and nonprescription (over–the–counter) medicines. Gas stations are merchants that primarily sell vehicle fuel for consumer use.

In addition, Sears and Kmart purchases not eligible to receive Select Points include, purchases made at Sears Canada, Sears Mexico, landsend.com, Lands’ End Inlets, and certain Sears licensed businesses, including Sears Flowers. Online and catalog purchases are not eligible to receive Select Points unless the merchants appropriately identify the transactions. We do not determine whether merchants appropriately identify all transactions you make on your Card Account, but we do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for Select Points.
Balance transfers, cash access transactions, cash access transactions designated as purchases, convenience checks, returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized purchases/fraudulent transactions, annual membership fees including the membership fee for this Program, money orders, wire transfers, bets, lottery tickets, or casino gaming chips, credit life insurance premiums, AccountCare fees, finance charges and Card Account fees do not earn Points unless otherwise specified. Points will appear on your account statement at the close of each billing cycle. Fractions of dollar values of any purchase posting to your Card Account will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. Points are earned only when they have appeared on your Card Account monthly account statement.
Points are valid for approximately three years and will expire on the third enrollment date anniversary following the date of the purchase for which the Points were earned, unless we terminate the Program, in which case you will have only 90 days from the Program termination date to redeem any earned Points. Point expiration will be communicated on your monthly account statement.
You may earn Points beginning on the first day you are enrolled in the Program and for as long as your Card Account is open and current and you are enrolled in the Program. If your Card Account is not current, closed or your enrollment in the Program is terminated, you will no longer be able to earn or redeem Points and you will lose your accumulated Points. There are no exchanges or refunds for unused Points. If your Card Account is closed your membership in the Program is terminated.
If there is a participation fee for membership in the Program, the amount of such fee is as disclosed at the time of enrollment and listed on the welcome letter sent with your Program welcome materials and will be automatically charged to your Card Account on an annual basis at the then current rate until your membership in the Program is terminated or your Card Account is closed. If you cancel your enrollment in the Program, any participation fee charged to your Card Account within 60 days immediately prior to cancellation date will be credited to your Card Account.
Any credits or adjustments applied to your Sears Gold MasterCard account may reduce or eliminate accumulated Points and may result in a negative Point balance. If such credits or adjustments are applied to your Card Account after a reward for redemption has been selected that reduces your Point balance below the amount required for such reward redemption, we may suspend delivery of the requested reward, including cancellation of travel reservations. If your Card Account has a negative Point balance, any newly earned Points will be used to offset such negative Point balance until such balance has been brought to zero. And, if your Card Account shows signs of fraud or abuse relating to the earning of Points, you may lose your accrued Points, and we may terminate your participation in the Program immediately.
Points and rewards have no cash value and may not be assigned or pledged to any third party. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participating in the Program and the redemption of any Program rewards. Either you or an authorized user may redeem Points. Neither Citibank nor its affiliates shall be responsible or bear liability for disagreements between Cardmembers concerning the use of Points accumulated in the Program. Points may not be transferred upon death or as part of domestic relations proceedings.
Rewards are considered fully redeemed once issued. Lost, stolen, expired or otherwise destroyed rewards, including tickets, certificates, gift cards, merchandise or other documents are not reissuable or replaceable. No change or credit will be issued for unused portions of rewards, unless we tell you otherwise. Points and/or rewards may not be combined with any other discounts, special rates or promotions, including other promotional or discount programs unless otherwise indicated at the time of Point redemption. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash. To redeem your rewards, follow instructions in the Program materials provided to you from time to time. Allow at least four to six weeks for the redemption of any reward. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of redemption, all rewards, including travel rewards, will be sent to the primary Cardmember’s address. Delivery of rewards may not be made outside the U.S. or to a post office box. The Cardmember will be responsible for shipping costs for delivery of merchandise rewards to Alaska and Hawaii. Express shipping for rewards may be available upon request, and related charges will be billed to your Card Account. Rewards that consist of travel rewards may be subject to prepurchase requirements, length of stay restrictions or Saturday overnight stay requirements, dollar amount caps and other restrictions. A ticket service fee will be charged when you redeem Points for airline tickets and will be billed to your Card Account. In addition, miscellaneous travel charges including, but not limited to, ticket service fees, airport taxes, excess baggage charges, security fees, passenger facility charges, fuel surcharges, gratuities, insurance, and airline or hotel amenities are your sole responsibilities and are not intended to be included as part of the Program benefit. We, our affiliates and any merchants or vendors participating in the Program make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning the rewards. The Program and/or any of its individual elements, including rewards, are void where prohibited by federal, state or local laws and regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. You release us, our affiliates and representatives, and any merchants or vendors participating in the Program from all liability regarding the redemption and use of rewards, including any rewards that may be lost, stolen or destroyed, or a travel provider’s provision or failure to provide transportation or services for any reason.
Reward Terms and Conditions
Rewards
Cardmembers may redeem Points for airline tickets, cruise travel, car rental certificates, hotel certificates, Sears and Kmart Gift Cards, and other gift cards, certificates and merchandise. Rewards are subject to additional terms and conditions as noted herein and contained on the redemption materials. Certificates and gift cards may be subject to expiration as disclosed on the certificate or gift card. Rewards may not be resold or transferred unless otherwise indicated. See the redemption chart for reward options. These Reward Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the Program Terms and Conditions govern these rewards.
All travel rewards are subject to availability, and specific travel rewards may only be available for certain dates. Specific restrictions may apply to certain travel rewards. Terms and conditions are placed in Program communications and on the rewards redemption materials. Citibank and TSYS Loyalty are not responsible for the performance of suppliers providing hotel, air or car services. All reservations are made subject to the conditions of carriage, supply or business of the party providing the service, which include exclusions and limitations of liability. Administrative service, travel reservations and issuance of travel documentation are provided by TSYS Loyalty, which assumes all liability and responsibility for the provision of, or failure to provide, the services. TSYS Loyalty operates as an independent contractor and is not affiliated with Citibank.
Airline Tickets
Citibank reserves the right to assess up to a $15 fee when Cardmembers redeem Points for airline tickets.
Cardmembers may redeem Points for a round-trip, scheduled ticket on a major airline carrier providing that the fares, schedules and the ability to generate a ticket (electronic or paper) is possible through the Global Distribution System (“GDS”) and a member of the Airline Reporting Corporation (“ARC”). Participating air carriers are subject to change. The ticket will be a non-refundable, non-changeable coach class ticket valued at no more than as follows, including taxes and destination charges: Once you accumulate 25,000 Points, you may redeem them for one round-trip ticket for travel within the 48 contiguous United States with a maximum cost of $500. Once you accumulate 50,000 Points you may redeem them for one round-trip ticket for travel from the 50 United States to anywhere in the world with a maximum cost of $1,000. In addition, once you accumulate 10,000 Points you may redeem your Points for $100 off any airfare for travel within the United States. Discounts will be applied against the full fare amount and any remaining balance of the fare will be charged to your Card Account. All travel itineraries and supporting documentation will be sent via email when available, otherwise paper documents will be sent via first class mail. When electronic tickets are available, and Cardmember selects paper tickets, a service fee in excess of $50 for the paper ticket will be assessed by participating airline at time of ticketing. Additional costs are at the Cardmember’s expense. Reward tickets must be booked and ticketed 21 days in advance of travel date using excursion fare categories and availability. Reservation and ticketing must be completed at time of redemption. All tickets must be for round-trip travel on the same airline. En route stopovers are not permitted unless to make direct connections. Certain minimum and maximum stays may apply to some destinations.
Excursion fares have a minimum stay of one Saturday night and a maximum stay of 30 days, but may vary according to the carrier. Reservations for tickets also exclude the use of charters, wholesalers, consolidators and any Internet fares that are not published, not available through the GDS and not available for ticketing through a certified travel agency. Tickets may be purchased in any individual’s name, but the ticket will be sent to the Cardmember’s mailing address for security reasons. Airline ticket awards may not be used in conjunction with any type of coupons, vouchers, Internet fares or companion fares. Any changes to a travel reservation must be made directly with the corresponding airline and are subject to penalty fee, or other charges enforced by that carrier. Cardmember may be subject to customs fees, excess baggage charges or any other charges assessed by governmental entities as a result of travel. Citibank or TSYS Loyalty are not responsible for communication of airline schedule changes. Traveler should reconfirm flight reservations at least 72 hours prior to departure. Cardmembers are responsible for obtaining the appropriate international travel documentation, such as passports and visas. All travelers must have a valid photo ID upon check-in.
Companion Travel or Non-Redemption Air Travel Booking
Cardmember may elect to have the Citibank Rewards Redemption Center book airline tickets through a major airline carrier providing that the fares, schedules and the ability to generate a ticket are possible through the GDS. This service will be subject to a service fee at time of booking. All Airline tickets will be issued within 24 hours of booking and delivered by email (Electronic Ticketing) or via U.S. Postal Service first-class mail, postage prepaid for all paper tickets. For travel within 14 days of booking, travel documents will be shipped standard next day delivery for an additional shipping charge of $25. Priority, three to five day delivery, Saturday or international deliveries will be subject to additional shipping charges as imposed by the shipping vendor. All shipping charges beyond first-class mail will be sole responsibility of the Cardmember and will be charged to the Cardmember’s Card Account at time of reservation.
Cruises
Once you accumulate 35,000 Points you may redeem your Points for a $350 discount on selected cruise lines. Once you accumulate 100,000 Points you may redeem your Points for a $2,000 discount on selected cruise lines. In addition, once you accumulate 85,000 Points you may redeem your Points for a 3-night cruise for two to selected locations on selected cruise lines with a maximum cost of $800. Discounts will be applied against the full fare amount and any balance of the fare will be charged to your Card Account. All cruises must be booked a minimum of 60 days prior to sailing date or additional fees will be incurred. Traveler must meet the eligibility requirements established by the cruise line or travel provider. Cruise packages may only be booked through the Citibank Rewards Redemption Center. Cruise packages may not be combined with upgrade certificates, frequent traveler promotions or other reward programs, promotional or discount certificates/vouchers, Internet fares, companion fares, group travel, convention fares or special rate programs. Cruise packages that have been booked may not be cancelled and are not eligible for any refund in part or whole. No interim price reductions will be considered or offered once the booking has been completed. After booking, any additional special handling may incur additional fees. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to a sailing date will incur a special handling fee of $100 per cabin in addition to other fees imposed by the cruise or travel provider.
Car Rentals
Renter must meet rental car company standard driver and credit qualifications at time and place of rental. Renter will be required to execute a rental agreement at time of rental. The minimum age for rental of a vehicle is 25 unless specifically approved by rental car provider. Advance reservations are required. “Free” day certificates may not be combined for a longer rental. Rewards do not include taxes, insurance, extra drivers, optional service charges such as refueling or any other fees or charges imposed by rental location and/or company. Cardmember may be provided a certificate or voucher as an instrument of securing a rental vehicle. Certificate or voucher must be presented to rental car company at time of the rental pickup. Vouchers and certificates are negotiable instruments for the purpose of securing car rental services and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. No change or credit will be issued for unused portions of rewards. Car rental is subject to the restrictions and vehicle type listed on certificate or voucher. Some blackout dates may apply. Additional terms and conditions may be imposed by the respective rental car service providers and are incorporated herein by reference.
Avis Travel Voucher
Advance reservations are recommended and may be made by calling the Avis Reservation Center. The Avis Reservation number is 1-800-331-1212. Use certificate code “Travel Voucher.”
Certificate may be used as payment for rental of a vehicle from participating Avis locations in the United States and may be accepted by travel agencies or directly at Avis Rental locations. Renter must satisfy minimum age, credit and other driver qualifications in effect at time and place of rental. Certificate cannot be combined with any other voucher, coupon, discount rate (such as AAA or corporate discounts) or other certificate. No change or credit will be given on any unused portion of the certificate. Certificate is valid through the expiration date printed on the certificate. Desired vehicle is subject to availability and blackout dates do apply due to seasonal periods or special events. Original certificate must be presented and surrendered at time of payment and receipt of rental vehicle.
Hotel Certificates
All reward certificates must be presented and surrendered at time of check-in or time of transaction. Hotels and resorts may require advance deposits to reserve accommodations. Accommodations are subject to availability at time of reservations and blackout dates may apply due to seasonal periods or special events.

Grand Lido Resorts
Jamaica Grand Lido Resorts available only for couples, singles and adult families with members 16 years of age and older. Packages are for a four-day and three-night stay for two at choice of Grand Lido Negril or Braco Resorts. Packages include all meals and snacks (including 24-hour room service), all drinks including adult beverages, all entertainment and nightlife activities, and all land and water sports for each day of stay. All hotel taxes, airport transfers and gratuities are included.
Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance of planned travel through the Citibank Rewards Redemption Center.

Redemption Processing and Shipment—Gift Cards and Certificates
Car Rental Certificates or vouchers, Hotel Certificates and Gift Card and Gift Certificates will be delivered by U.S. Postal Service first-class mail, postage prepaid. Next day or 3 to 5 day express delivery via Federal Express is available for an additional charge. Saturday delivery is available and will also be subject to an additional charge. All additional shipping charges for express shipping will be the sole responsibility of the Cardmember and will be charged to the Cardmember’s Card Account at time of redemption.
Merchandise
Merchandise rewards include applicable sales tax and shipping and handling (via first-class mail, ground delivery or motor freight service within the continental U.S.). Merchandise will be shipped to Cardmember’s statement mailing address unless otherwise authorized by the primary Cardmember. For security reasons, parcel or motor freight couriers may contact Cardmember to arrange delivery of merchandise. It is the responsibility of the Cardmember to respond to the courier in a timely and reasonable manner to facilitate the delivery process. Additional shipping and handling fees for merchandise returned to vendor due to Cardmember’s failure to make delivery arrangements will be the responsibility of the Cardmember. Returns are only accepted for merchandise that is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. Notification of same must be made within 2 days and must be returned within 30 days for credit or shipment of replacement item.
