How do I earn Points?

 

If you are a member of the Sears Choice Rewards program with no membership fee, you earn 1 point for every dollar in eligible purchases charged to your Sears Gold MasterCard card. Some restrictions apply. See Sears Choice Rewards Program Terms and Conditions for full details.
If you are a member of the Sears Choice Rewards Select Program for Select Members that has an annual membership fee, every time you use your Sears Gold MasterCard card you earn 2 points for every dollar in eligible purchases at Sears and Kmart, 2 points for every dollar in eligible purchases at grocery stores, gas stations, and drugstores, and 1 point for every dollar in eligible purchases everywhere else MasterCard credit cards are accepted. When do I begin earning Points?

 

Once enrolled, you will earn Points on all eligible purchases. Points will appear on your account statement at the close of each billing cycle.

How many Points can I earn in a year?

 

There’s no limit to the number of points you can earn in a year.

Will my Points expire?

 

Your Points are valid for a minimum of 3 years. Points will expire on the third anniversary of enrollment after your purchase. However, if we terminate the program, you will have 90 days from the program termination date to redeem accumulated Points. If your membership is terminated, or if you decide to cancel your membership in Sears Choice Rewards, all accumulated Points will be forfeited.

How do I check my Points balance?

 

Your Point balance appears at the top of the navigation bar when you log on to the website. You can also see your point balance in the Reward Summary on your billing statement, or you may call 1-888-846-7928. Points are earned only when they have appeared on your account statement.

How can I earn Points faster?

 

Sears Choice Rewards Points are awarded to an individual card account. The best way to earn Points quickly is to use your Sears Gold MasterCard® for eligible purchases as often as possible both at Sears and Kmart and everywhere else MasterCard credit cards are accepted. The more you use your card, the faster your Points will add up. In addition, you can request additional cards for your Sears Gold MasterCard account, so that authorized users of those cards can help you earn more Points. To request additional cards, call 1-800-669-8488.

Sears Choice Rewards Points are unique and cannot be combined, converted or transferred to any other Points program.

This grants you access to view your point balance and redeem points online.

You can start redeeming Points for rewards with as few as 2,500 Points.

Delivery of Rewards
Will I be charged for shipping?

 

Merchandise rewards include applicable sales tax and shipping and handling (via first-class mail, ground delivery or motor freight service within the continental U.S.). The accountholder is responsible for shipping costs for delivery of merchandise rewards to Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I have merchandise delivered to an address other than my statement billing address?

 

Merchandise will be shipped to the accountholder's statement mailing address unless otherwise authorized by the primary accountholder. For security reasons, parcel or motor freight couriers may contact the accountholder to arrange delivery of merchandise. It is the responsibility of the accountholder to respond to the courier in a timely and reasonable manner to facilitate the delivery process. Additional shipping and handling fees for merchandise returned to the vendor due to the accountholder's failure to make delivery arrangements will be the responsibility of the accountholder.

What happens if the delivery of merchandise is delayed?

 

The accountholder will be notified of any delays by letter or phone.

When my merchandise is delivered, will it be the item I ordered?

 

All merchandise reward orders are subject to product availability and Citibank reserves the right to substitute merchandise of equal or greater value. The accountholder will be notified if the merchandise reward ordered is not available and when it will become available. Citibank reserves the right to alter or substitute any or all merchandise rewards at any time without prior notification.

Can I return or exchange merchandise?

 

Returns are only accepted for merchandise that is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. Notification must be made within 2 days of receipt and must be returned within 30 days for credit or shipment of a replacement item. If the item is damaged or defective please contact the Citibank Rewards Service Center at 1-888-775-7325 to report the problem and obtain assistance. The manufacturer's warranty applies to all merchandise rewards.

Do gift cards expire?

 

Your gift card expiration, if any, can be found on the gift card. Please check your gift card when you receive it.
